We take a three step approach to organizing your affairs, the will, a Representation Agreement and a Power of Attorney agreement to ensure all your wishes will be followed.
By having a will, you decide who will look after your estate, who is to inherit your property, who will become the guardian and look after your children, what they will inherit and when.
A Representation Agreement is also important to because it assists your family to make critical medical decisions based on your wishes. It tells them what medical treatments you would want in case of a serious illness or accident and
A Power of Attorney agreement allows the chosen person or persons to make decisions with respect to your property or finances in case you become incapacitated.
