Roger Batchelor, Barrister and Solicitor

Roger Batchelor practiced in Ontario before relocating to the West Coast, where he opened his Western Communities office in October of 2005. With experience in all different facets of law, and sufficient education to be able to handle virtually all matters with confidence, Roger focuses on criminal, family, and civil litigation. A father of three, Roger’s personal interests include boating, music, and group homes giving back to the community, and teaching courses through Can West University.

Bill Coller, Barrister and Solicitor

Bill attended UBC Law School in the 1980’s, graduating in 1986. He was called to the BC Bar in September, 1987. While originally practicing law in downtown Vancouver, he moved to Prince George initially to take a position with a First Nations organization, and then opened his own practice there in 1991. His areas of experience are varied, including family law, criminal law, civil litigation, wills and estates, real estate and Indian Residential School cases, amongst others. He joined Roger Batchelor as a contract associate in August, 2010. Father of one, Bill’s personal interest includes music, art, skiing, and golf.

Zhila Alizadeh-Borji, Office Manager & Finance Coordinator

Zhila is originally from Iran (Persia) and graduated from University of Tehran in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Management. She is assisting Roger Batchelor Law Corporation with the Criminal, Immigration, Real Estate, Will and Estate cases. She has been working with Roger Batchelor Law Corporation since August of 2007.

Jesse Stamm, Articled Student

Jesse graduated from the University of Victoria in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and again in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (with Distinction) in Psychology. Jesse completed his Law Degree at the University of Victoria in 2010 and has been with Roger Batchelor Law Corporation since December of 2006. A father of four, Jesse primarily assists with the family and criminal law practice.

Barb, Legal Assistant

Barb is a real Coastal girl. She attended Vancouver Island University for Criminology Studies. She also graduated from Sprott-Shaw College in 2009 with a Diploma as an Administrative Assistant. She has been assisting Roger Batchelor Law Corporation as a General Assistant and Receptionist since August 2010.
